How processing, estimated transit time, tracking and delivery questions are handled.
Order processing
Most orders are prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days. Processing time begins after the order is accepted and may be longer during public holidays or unusually busy periods.
Estimated delivery time
Delivery is generally expected within about 15 days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Customs clearance, weather, remote destinations and local carrier conditions can add time.

DetailRitual currently ships to addresses in the United States.
Shipping cost
Standard U.S. shipping is $6.99 for orders below $49. Qualifying orders of $49 or more receive free standard shipping. The final shipping charge is displayed at checkout before payment. Duties or import taxes, when required by the destination, may be the customer’s responsibility unless checkout clearly states otherwise.
Tracking
When tracking becomes available, it will be connected to the order. Tracking may take a short time to show movement after the label is created.
Address changes and delivery problems
Check the delivery address before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee a change after fulfillment has started. For a delayed, damaged or incorrectly delivered order, email service@detailritual.com with the order number and relevant photos or tracking details.
